Commercial and General (C&G) is a based vertically integrated property company who have delivered major projects in excess of $2 billion in end value. Trusted to deliver projects that make an impact, C&G delivered the 350-bed Calvary Hospital in Adelaide and were instrumental in the design, funding, and business case for the Australian Bragg Centre (ABC) including the introduction of the Southern Hemisphere’s first proton therapy unit, set to be delivered in Q3 2023. C&G continue to expand capabilities and interest in alternative real estate, focused on healthcare precincts and innovation clusters – having delivered more than $1bn in Healthcare assets in the last 5 years alone C&G are a seasoned infrastructure provider for the industry.
